Cleaning Certification:

ERE relies on the accuracy and completeness of this information to protect its employees from injury by exposure to toxic, or otherwise harmful materials. The customer will be held liable for any damages that ERE may incur due to the receipt of contaminated equipment.

NOTE: ERE reserves the right to refuse any items exposed to hazardous/ toxic materials, which have not been properly cleaned. Return costs and an administration fee will apply.
If returned goods are not received properly cleaned, the customer will be responsible for all expenses related to any cleaning of this equipment as determined necessary by ERE to allow for proper inspection and repair.
Fees and Expectations:
  • Standard 7 Business Day Turnaround Policy: ERE strives to provide a response and/or quote by email for the retuned items within 7 business days following receipt at ERE facilities.
  • RUSH turnaround: When requesting a quotation for work <3 days following receipt, a Rush fee will apply per Instrument.
  • Non-compliance with the Health & Safety Policy: Return costs and administration fee will apply, as outlined.
  • Repairs Under Warranty: No assessment fee when within Warranty Policy
  • Expired Warranty: Assessment fee per product (minimum $47.50 for 1/2 hour). Return freight payable by customer
  • No-Fault-Found: Assessment fee will be chargeable.

New & Unused Products returned for Credit: A restocking fee will be charged. Credit will be placed on account, NO REFUNDS. Goods must be returned to ERE with freight prepaid.

Procedure for Shipment to ERE:

Packaging for Return: Please use suitable protective packaging to prevent any damage during shipping. Shipper is liable for any loss or damage while in transit

Documentation: ALL documents, including waybill, must state μGoods Being Returned¶Include a completed a copy of this Return Authorization form inside the box, and write the RA# on the outside of the box.

Shipping from Outside Of Canada? An example Commercial Invoice has been provided on the following page. Please transfer this information to your own letterhead and attach to your package.

  • ERE Inc se réserve le droit de refuser tout article ayant été exposé à des matières toxiques/dangereuses et qui n’a pas été correctement nettoyé.
  • Les frais de retour ainsi qu’un frais administratif seront appliqués.
  • Si les produits retournés ne sont pas correctement nettoyés (saleté, huiles ou autres débris), le client sera responsable de tous les frais liés au nettoyage de l’équipement, selon les besoins déterminés par ERE Inc, afin de permettre une inspection et une réparation adéquates.

Veuillez noter :
Indépendamment du fait que l’instrument soit sous garantie ou non, il sera évalué par le fabricant ou par ERE Inc.
  • Si l’instrument est encore sous garantie mais que les dommages sont jugés être de la responsabilité du client, la garantie sera annulée.
  • Si l’instrument est envoyé sous garantie et qu’aucune panne n’est détectée, des frais d’inspection ($95.00) seront automatiquement appliqués.
  • Les instruments retournés sans réparation entraîneront des frais d’estimation de 95,00 $ par unité, en plus des frais d’expédition. Si l’unité est réparée, les frais d’estimation ne seront pas ajoutés aux frais de service.
