WARNING

ERE Inc reserves the right to refuse any items exposed to hazardous/toxic materials, which have not been properly cleaned.

Return costs and an administration fee will apply.

If returned goods are not received properly cleaned from soil, oils or other debris the customer will be responsible for all expenses related to any cleaning of this equipment as determined necessary by ERE Inc to allow for proper inspection and repair.

Please Note:

Regardless of whether the instrument is under warranty, it will be assessed by the manufacturer or ERE Inc.

If the instrument is still under warranty but the damage is deemed the client’s responsibility, the warranty will be voided.

If the instrument is sent under warranty and no fault is found, an inspection fee ($95.00) will be automatically applied.

Instruments returned without repair will incur an estimate fee of $95.00 per unit, in addition to shipping costs. If the unit is repaired, the estimate fee will not be applied to the service charge.
